Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners who have expressed interest in home improvement.
- Speak with customers over the phone and answer basic questions.
- Identify customer needs and determine their interest.
- Schedule qualified appointments for sales representatives.
- Confirm appointments and follow up with customers when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer and appointment information.
- Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.
- Communicate with the sales team about scheduled appointments.
