- Have 4+ years of software development experience.
- Have commercial experience with React.js and Python in one of these combinations: 3+ years in each; 2+ years of React.js and 5+ years of Python; or 5+ years of React.js and 2+ years of Python.
- Have experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Be able to discuss business tasks, justify decisions, and communicate issues in English at an advanced level.
- Have strong self-organizational skills and be able to work full-time remotely without supervision.
- Be able to onboard a project promptly after accepting it.
