Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of commercial development experience.
- Have backend experience with Node.js and NestJS.
- Have frontend experience with React and Next.js.
- Work independently on complex features.
- Take ownership and responsibility for work.
- Pay attention to detail and maintain high quality standards.
- Use LLMs to deliver value faster.
- Kubernetes experience is a plus.
- Experience with multi-user systems is a plus.
- Experience building internal tools such as CRM or CMS systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of RODO and sensitive-data security is a plus.
- Experience with social-impact or nonprofit projects and startup experience are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create intuitive UX for users experiencing financial stress.
- Design secure APIs to protect financial and personal data.
- Integrate with legal systems and debt-information databases, including KRS, KRD, and BIG.
- Automate personalized generation of applications, appeals, and agreements.
- Manage infrastructure, including AWS and optionally Kubernetes, for a system intended to be available 24/7.
- Make technical decisions as a contributor to the platform.
