Requirements
- Have at least three years of experience interpreting in a professional setting.
- Hold a certificate from RID, NAD, BEI, or EIPA 3.5+.
- Have basic computer technology knowledge to work over video.
- Use Windows 10–11 or macOS.
- Have a dedicated confidential workspace.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in various settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality ASL-English interpretation in a variety of settings.
- Provide effective communication in a virtual services environment.
- Handle confidential information and follow the industry standard Code of Professional Conduct.
- Maintain working knowledge and understanding of subject matter across required disciplines.
- Prepare professionally and be punctual for assignments.
- Work collaboratively and professionally with other interpreters during assignments.
- Provide professional service to internal and external customers.
