Requirements
- Have 5+ years of software or low-code development experience.
- Have 3+ years of hands-on Power Apps delivery in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrate production-ready delivery of model-driven and Canvas apps.
- Have experience with complex Power Fx and reusable components.
- Bring practical knowledge of Power Automate and Dataverse data modelling, security and integration patterns.
- Have experience deploying managed solutions across multiple environments using structured ALM.
- Have hands-on Azure DevOps, repositories, pipelines or comparable CI/CD experience.
- Have professional English and clear communication skills for an international team.
- Preferred: experience with plugins, PCF controls, JavaScript or TypeScript, custom connectors, Power Pages or Azure Functions.
- Preferred: experience with Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service, Copilot Studio or AI Builder integrations.
- Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform certification, particularly PL-400 or PL-600.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and enhance model-driven and Canvas apps using reusable, maintainable patterns.
- Create Power Automate cloud flows, approvals and integrations with appropriate error handling and monitoring.
- Design Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, business rules and solution components.
- Integrate Microsoft and third-party services through standard connectors, custom connectors and REST APIs.
- Deliver changes through managed solutions, source control and Azure DevOps-based ALM.
- Perform unit testing, peer reviews, defect fixing, technical documentation and production support.
- Coach internal developers through pairing, code reviews and concise technical handovers.
- Take ownership of defined work packages from refinement and design through build, test, deployment and stabilization.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners and business stakeholders while following client governance and engineering standards.
