Requirements
- Experience performing manual tests of web applications.
- Experience working across different projects and with different project teams.
- Experience working directly with clients.
- Knowledge of ITIL.
- Experience processing end-user tickets involving Change, Problem, and Incident.
- Provide accurate error analyses and precise descriptions when reporting bugs.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking.
- Organize work effectively and prioritize tasks.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- ISTQB certification is an advantage.
- ITIL certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SEM/SEO and WordPress is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-user application tickets, verify them, and forward them to L2.
- Monitor compliance with SLA.
- Collaborate with the project team to diagnose errors.
- Resolve tickets according to instructions.
- Communicate with clients and users in Polish and English.
- Perform functional, integration, and smoke tests.
- Conduct acceptance and deployment testing across application environments.
- Retest reported issues and errors.
