Solid experience as a senior software developer or engineer, with technical ownership and leadership capabilities.
Hands-on experience using AI tools to support software development and improve engineering workflows.
Ability to structure and implement AI-assisted development processes.
Strong backend development experience with .NET, preferably .NET 8 or newer.
Strong frontend development experience with Angular 19 or newer and API integration.
Practical application of SOLID and KISS principles and knowledge of design patterns such as Factory, Strategy, and Builder.
Experience implementing automated unit and integration testing.
Experience with Docker and docker-compose.
Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
Experience with distributed systems and messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
Experience with DevOps practices and Azure cloud environments.
Intermediate to advanced English communication skills for interaction with international clients.
Problem-solving, architectural thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to balance innovation with reliability, security, and maintainability.
Nice to have: experience with autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents, AI-assisted engineering pipelines, ASP.NET, RPA, prompt engineering, AI model output evaluation, or SAP.

Lead development of scalable full-stack solutions using .NET and Angular.
Review automatically generated code for technical quality and maintainability.
Implement AI-powered development tools, including OpenAI APIs and GitHub Copilot.
Establish AI-assisted development workflows that balance productivity and quality.
Develop RESTful APIs with .NET and responsive interfaces with Angular.
Apply software design principles and patterns to create modular, maintainable code.
Establish automated unit and integration testing practices.
Manage relational databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
Use Docker and docker-compose, and monitor applications with observability platforms.
Collaborate on distributed systems, messaging technologies, and Azure cloud deployments.
