Job Details

Have experience as a founder, co-founder, entrepreneur, or startup builder.
Have experience launching and developing digital products.
Have experience taking a product from MVP to market validation and commercial traction.
Understand product-market fit, monetization, and go-to-market.
Bring a strong commercial and financial mindset, connecting decisions with users, revenue, costs, profitability, and return on investment.
Be able to operate autonomously and take full ownership of outcomes.
Be comfortable working with a small cross-functional team and leading without a large existing organization.
Be able to make decisions under uncertainty and move quickly from hypothesis to action.
Have genuine motivation to build a business and hold meaningful equity in its success.
Experience with mobile B2C products, consumer apps, wellness, mental wellbeing, behavioral products, or subscription businesses is an advantage.

Define Humanist’s vision, positioning, target audience, and business strategy.
Identify customer problems and use cases, and validate them with the market.
Develop and test the monetization and business model.
Turn the MVP into a product people want to use and pay for.
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy and acquire the first paying users.
Build growth channels and partnerships.
Work with the Product Manager and technology team to prioritize development based on customer needs and business impact.
Own business metrics, including users, activation, retention, conversion, revenue, CAC, LTV, and unit economics.
Manage resources and budget, linking product and business decisions to financial results.
Build the team and make build, change, scale, or stop decisions based on data, customer feedback, and financial results.
