Requirements
- Bring strong product leadership experience.
- Have Finance forecasting or FP&A expertise.
- Have Agile delivery experience.
- Understand advanced analytics.
- Understand machine learning, GenAI and agentic AI.
- Communicate in English at C1 level in a professional, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic priorities into a product roadmap and backlog.
- Guide a multidisciplinary squad and accelerate delivery of scalable capabilities.
- Bring together Finance, technology, data and AI teams.
- Align stakeholders and manage dependencies across Finance AI, Finance ERP and IT partners.
- Balance global solutions with local business needs.
- Connect investment decisions with business value and manage product budgets.
