Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Have at least 2 years of leadership experience, including managing others in project work and career progression.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript practices.
- Have strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.
- Have experience with SQL databases, ORM technologies such as SQLAlchemy, and GraphQL.
- Have experience with Apollo Client and Python-based GraphQL servers.
- Be proficient with UI component libraries, particularly Mantine or similar.
- Have experience with form management in complex React applications.
- Understand state management patterns, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies.
- Have experience with build systems, module bundlers, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Have excellent verbal and written English skills for technical discussions, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of full-stack engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code review.
- Design and implement frontend solutions using React, TypeScript, and the Mantine component library.
- Build Python backend services using Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
- Develop GraphQL APIs using Apollo Client and Python-based GraphQL servers.
- Drive technical decisions while balancing business requirements with technical constraints.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment across the stack.
- Collaborate with product management and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Design and implement scalable data models and APIs for complex business logic.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability across multiple applications.
