Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading small to medium technical teams, including task delegation and technical escalation.
- Experience designing and implementing logical and physical data models for cloud and hybrid data warehouses.
- Experience developing data architectures for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- Hands-on experience with full-lifecycle data warehouse projects.
- Proficiency with data modeling tools such as ER/Studio, ER/Win, or similar.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Data Platform services, including Azure Data Lake Store, Azure Storage, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and Logic Apps.
- Python and SQL scripting expertise, with experience using SQL and PySpark.
- API development skills.
- Skills in data profiling and creating source-to-target data mappings.
- Ability to provision and configure Azure data services.
Responsibilities
- Lead small to medium technical teams, delegate tasks, handle technical escalations, and support team members.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and client meetings.
- Design and implement logical and physical data models for cloud and hybrid data warehouse environments.
- Develop data architectures supporting structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- Contribute to full-lifecycle data warehouse projects and data integration processes.
- Provision and configure Azure data services.
- Create data pipelines by translating requirements into cloud architecture.
- Develop APIs and create source-to-target data mappings.
