Requirements
- Have served as a Clinical Director, Medical Director, Chief Clinical Officer, VP Clinical Services, or Executive Director.
- Have experience at a CMHC, FQHC, IDD agency, hospital behavioral health service line, MSO, or state behavioral health authority.
- Have led clinical organizations.
- Have owned clinical P&L.
- Have experience with CARF surveys.
- Have experience with Medicaid SPA mechanics.
- Have experience with CMS Conditions of Participation.
- Have experience with clinical workforce strategy.
- Provide a CV and clinical license.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior clinical advisory on complex HR Advisory engagements.
- Co-design workforce models for behavioral health client systems facing turnover, burnout, and supervision gaps.
- Guide client systems through CARF preparation, Medicaid SPA mechanics, and supervision compliance.
- Develop senior clinical relationships that may become enterprise accounts.
- Serve as the named clinical voice for one or more client engagements.
- Contribute public-facing thought leadership under your name, as desired.
