Job Details

Requirements

  • Former Clinical Director, Medical Director, Chief Clinical Officer, VP Clinical Services, or Executive Director.
  • Experience at a CMHC, FQHC, IDD agency, hospital behavioral health service line, MSO, or state behavioral health authority.
  • Experience leading clinical organizations at scale.
  • Experience owning clinical P&L.
  • Experience navigating CARF surveys.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid SPA mechanics.
  • Knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation.
  • Experience with clinical workforce strategy.
  • Provide a clinical license with the application.
  • Send a CV and a one-paragraph note on a behavioral health client system you have led.

Responsibilities

  • Advise behavioral health and mental health providers on clinical leadership and operations.
  • Apply experience leading clinical organizations at scale.
  • Bring experience owning clinical P&L.
  • Navigate CARF surveys and related accreditation requirements.
  • Address Medicaid SPA mechanics and CMS Conditions of Participation.
  • Contribute expertise in clinical workforce strategy.
