Requirements
- Have a master’s-level degree.
- Hold licensure as a therapist.
- Have knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
- Be able to develop treatment plans.
- Be comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
- Have experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
- Be able to utilize comprehensive assessments.
- Have a private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes.
- Work a Monday-Friday schedule, with shift options of 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CT.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient services through the telehealth program.
- Work with clients to achieve their goals.
- Use comprehensive assessments.
- Develop treatment plans.
