Requirements
- Have a master's-level degree.
- Hold professional licensure.
- LMHC candidates must have Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D).
- Have a private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes.
- Be fluent in English; Spanish is preferred.
- Be comfortable using technology throughout the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
- Have knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
- Be able to use comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
