Requirements
- Have proven experience building and supporting API integrations in production environments.
- Understand REST APIs, OAuth2, and webhooks.
- Have experience managing two-way data synchronization and reconciliation.
- Have experience with Microsoft Graph, Entra APIs, or similar vendor platforms.
- Be able to troubleshoot integration challenges and API limitations.
- Have strong SQL skills, including queries, joins, views, and stored procedures.
- Have experience with ETL processes and data transformation.
- Have experience automating business processes end to end.
- Have experience using AI-assisted development tools within a controlled delivery process.
- Have experience building reports and dashboards with Power BI or similar platforms.
- Be able to gather reporting requirements from non-technical stakeholders and understand data models for reporting and business intelligence.
- Bring analytical and problem-solving ability, stakeholder management, independent working, and strong documentation and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain API integrations between business systems.
- Create automated workflows and synchronization processes.
- Develop monitoring, alerting, and reconciliation processes for integrations.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues across multiple systems.
- Support development of a centralised data warehouse and reporting environment.
- Build dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
- Automate recurring operational and finance processes.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and deliver solutions.
- Build AI-assisted workflows where they provide measurable business value.
- Produce technical documentation and maintain supportable solutions.
