Requirements
- Have 6+ years of social media experience, including meaningful hands-on creator experience.
- Provide a portfolio, reel, or links to accounts you have grown.
- Show a track record of organic account growth, including the accounts, results, and approach.
- Be comfortable hosting and speaking on camera.
- Have end-to-end video skills, including shooting on a phone, editing in CapCut or similar, writing hooks, and cutting for retention.
- Demonstrate deep platform fluency, especially with TikTok and Instagram, and understand their algorithms.
- Be able to turn a cultural moment into a post the same day.
- Have experience building and running influencer or creator programs.
- Work and react quickly in a real-time environment, with judgment to recognize and escalate sensitive issues.
- Be detail-oriented and attentive to quality control.
Responsibilities
- Create, shoot, edit, and publish original social-first content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, including appearing on camera.
- Monitor culture and platform trends daily and create timely posts from relevant trends.
- Set and execute social content strategy, including audience, platform mix, content pillars, posting cadence, and growth targets for parents and teens.
- Manage the organic content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Direct the influencer and creator program, including sourcing, briefs, content approval, and relationship management.
- Lead the UGC program with the growth team to source and boost content for organic and paid social.
- Direct external social and influencer agency partners against the content strategy.
- Contribute to product marketing and brand campaigns with cross-functional teams.
- Strengthen customer service communications in comments, DMs, and replies.
- Own social reporting and analytics, share learnings, and optimize content.
