Requirements
- Be admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing.
- Reside in the state of California.
- Newly barred attorneys and attorneys who have taken the February 2026 Bar are encouraged to apply.
- Have excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Doctors' deposition experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage a docket of cases through resolution.
- Prepare clients for depositions.
- Attend depositions and handle deposition invoicing.
- Respond to client inquiries requiring attorney negotiations and move matters toward resolution.
- Respond to incoming emails and phone calls.
- Provide direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed.
- Participate in team events during and after work hours.
- Provide feedback to management.
