Job Details

Requirements

  • Hold a master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Maintain an active LPMHC license in the state of Delaware.
  • Have experience providing outpatient mental health treatment.
  • Be comfortable working in a fully remote clinical environment.
  • Have strong written documentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients for scheduled online counseling sessions.
  • Review client history and current concerns.
  • Complete assessments and determine appropriate treatment goals.
  • Provide counseling based on each client’s needs.
  • Revisit treatment goals as circumstances change.
  • Keep progress notes and clinical records current.
  • Discuss referrals or additional services when needed.
  • Follow applicable Delaware licensing, privacy, and telehealth requirements.
