- Have strong attention to detail and identify subtle visual, audio, and content-quality issues.
- Apply sound judgment when evaluating AI-generated content against established quality standards.
- Have strong organizational skills and manage a high volume of content simultaneously.
- Be comfortable learning and working across multiple internal platforms and AI tools.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
- Experience in content quality assurance, content operations, content production, e-commerce content, digital media, or AI-generated content is valued.
Responsibilities
- Create and review AI-generated images and videos against established quality and content standards.
- Evaluate product accuracy, including product details, features, colors, dimensions, and branding.
- Assess visual realism and identify AI artifacts, unnatural movement, inconsistencies, distortions, and rendering issues.
- Evaluate AI-generated voice quality, including pronunciation, pacing, tone, clarity, synchronization, and naturalness.
- Review scripts, on-screen text, captions, and product claims for accuracy and consistency with the source.
- Document issues and feedback that require content regeneration or correction.
- Conduct multiple rounds of quality assurance before final publication.
- Track deliverables and production status throughout generation, review, revisions, upload, approval, and publication.
- Maintain organized records of quality issues, revisions, approvals, and completed content.
- Provide progress updates, blockers, quality issues, and priorities in daily stand-up meetings.
