- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and the ability to analyze complex medical records and documentation.
- Communicate clinical reasoning clearly in writing and verbally.
- Provide objective, well-supported advisory opinions based on medical evidence and applicable guidelines.
- Complete required orientation and training.
- Maintain the credentials, state licenses, certifications, and other professional requirements necessary for the role.
Responsibilities
- Review clinical cases and medical records using Interventional Radiology expertise.
- Evaluate medical documentation and develop clear, accurate clinical summaries.
- Provide advisory medical opinions and respond to clinical questions from clients.
- Participate in peer-to-peer communications when further discussion or clarification is required.
- Apply clinical knowledge, treatment guidelines, and medical standards when reaching determinations.
- Complete reviews accurately and within established timelines.
- Attend required orientation and training sessions.
- Maintain necessary credentialing and professional requirements.
