Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a Data Architect, Solutions Architect, or Domain Architect.
- Have at least 1 year of practical technical knowledge of banking systems.
- Have experience designing enterprise data warehouses, data repositories, or data platforms.
- Have practical experience with data modeling and data-migration processes.
- Have delivered integration projects involving multiple source systems.
- Have experience defining architectural standards and patterns and modeling requirements.
- Have experience designing and implementing Data Warehouse, Data Lake, or Lakehouse architectures.
- Know ETL/ELT processes and integration tools.
- Have strong knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake.
- Know SQL and data modeling, including ERD, UML, or ArchiMate.
- Have experience with system integration using REST API, SOAP, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Know at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Be able to communicate and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and document integrations between systems and data-exchange standards.
- Work with IT analysts and development teams to define and implement solutions.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Prepare integration specifications, technical documentation, and data mappings for development-team approval.
- Design data flows, database structures, and a central database using data from key source systems.
- Define, design, and implement data integration and consolidation mechanisms.
- Develop and implement data-quality standards, monitoring mechanisms, and controls for data correctness.
- Maintain technical documentation and report project progress, requirements, and decisions.
- Prepare a data-platform development strategy that integrates reporting, analytics, and business decision-support tools.
