Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Have commercial experience with Agentforce.
- Have experience across Salesforce Clouds, preferably Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Be proficient in Salesforce Apex, Lightning, and SOQL.
- Have experience with software version control using Git.
- Have experience with continuous integration and CI/CD practices.
- Be familiar with Agile methodologies.
- LWC familiarity is a plus.
- Experience managing a development team is a plus.
- Experience working in a distributed team is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Participate in application design, configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Design and implement technical solutions for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with Test Automation, DevOps, Integration, UX, and other technology teams.
- Integrate Salesforce with internal proprietary and third-party applications.
- Lead the development team in designing and implementing solutions that follow standards, best practices, and code quality techniques.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues for end users.
