Requirements
- Proven experience in Automotive Cybersecurity and/or Product Cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of UNECE R155 and cybersecurity requirements related to Vehicle Type Approval (VTA).
- Experience combining cybersecurity expertise with technical project management, program management, or Epic Ownership.
- Hands-on experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks.
- Experience coordinating complex cybersecurity initiatives across multiple teams and organizational functions.
- Ability to drive deliverables in highly regulated and compliance-driven environments.
- Experience working with cybersecurity architects, engineering teams, governance bodies, and certification stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Nice to have: Experience with Product Cybersecurity (PCS) Cases.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of automotive software and system development processes.
- Nice to have: Experience supporting cybersecurity audits and certification activities.
- Nice to have: Experience in vehicle programs approaching production readiness and regulatory approval.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile / SAFe frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity activities required for UNECE R155 compliance throughout the vehicle development lifecycle.
- Drive completion and maintenance of cybersecurity documentation, evidence, and deliverables for Vehicle Type Approval.
- Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate cybersecurity risks affecting product compliance and vehicle certification.
- Own and manage cybersecurity epics, including strategic and execution planning.
- Track progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers to keep cybersecurity activities on schedule.
- Coordinate collaboration among Epic Owners, Product Owners, cybersecurity and system architects, governance and certification teams, external partners, and suppliers.
- Support cybersecurity architects in preparing and completing the Product Cybersecurity (PCS) Case before Vehicle Type Approval.
- Integrate cybersecurity requirements across vehicle development programs and engineering activities.
- Participate in cybersecurity audits, technical reviews, and certification discussions.
- Report status and communicate compliance readiness and cybersecurity delivery progress to stakeholders.
