Requirements
- Have 2+ years of practical experience in SEO or Online Reputation Management.
- Bring real-world experience working with Trustpilot Business.
- Have experience promoting Trustpilot pages in Google.
- Understand on-page, off-page, brand SERP, and international SEO.
- Know Trustpilot rules on invitations, moderation, appeals, and fake reviews.
- Have experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools.
- Have experience with rank trackers, GA4, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
- Be able to work with Trustpilot Business data and review analytics.
- Have English proficiency at B1+ level, including written communication.
- Pay attention to legal, licensing, and GEO restrictions in the iGaming niche.
- Experience working with iGaming products is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyze SERPs for branded, review, and other relevant keyword clusters.
- Create, verify, and optimize Trustpilot Business profiles and their available elements.
- Prepare SEO structure and content for expanded Trustpilot profiles.
- Localize profiles and communication for different countries and languages.
- Develop strategies to promote Trustpilot pages in Google and plan safe off-page optimization.
- Set up unbiased collection of genuine reviews through Trustpilot AFS, APIs, CRM, or other permitted integrations.
- Monitor review dynamics, TrustScore, complaint topics, indexing, rankings, traffic, profile activity, and reputation risks.
- Respond professionally to positive and negative reviews and forward relevant complaints to responsible teams.
- Identify reviews that violate Trustpilot rules and submit justified complaints without abusing the system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with conclusions and next steps.
