Requirements
- Have 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Have experience independently launching and managing SEO projects.
- Have experience managing multiple websites or SEO projects simultaneously.
- Understand indexing and deindexing factors, ranking and traffic drops, and website recovery approaches.
- Have practical experience working with drop and expired domains.
- Understand website migrations and authority-transfer methods, including 3xx redirects, canonical, and hreflang.
- Confidently use Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Have practical knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Have experience using AI tools such as GPT, Claude, or alternatives for SEO tasks.
- Have an automation-oriented mindset and identify opportunities to optimize repetitive work.
- Have intermediate English.
Responsibilities
- Launch and manage SEO projects across international markets.
- Manage multiple websites simultaneously, set priorities, and monitor performance.
- Monitor indexing, rankings, visibility, and organic traffic.
- Diagnose ranking and traffic drops and implement website recovery approaches.
- Analyze drop and expired domains, their history, and backlink profiles.
- Manage website migrations and approaches to transferring SEO signals.
- Analyze SERPs and competitors, test SEO hypotheses, and scale successful solutions.
- Work across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Standardize and automate recurring SEO processes.
- Coordinate with other teams and ensure SEO tasks are implemented effectively.
