Requirements

  • Have a proven track record scaling a consumer subscription app or Web2App funnel to meaningful revenue.
  • Bring hands-on growth expertise in paid user acquisition, ASO, and affiliate partnerships.
  • Demonstrate a strong pace of experimentation.
  • Have a strong analytics mindset.
  • Have English proficiency at B2+ or above.
  • Experience in Utilities, Health & Fitness, or Entertainment categories is a plus.
  • CRM/retention experience across push, email, or in-app channels is a plus.
  • Experience with pricing, paywall testing, or A/B frameworks is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Firebase, Segment, BigQuery, or Looker is a plus.
  • SQL is nice to have.

Responsibilities

  • Validate 3–5 concepts and launch MVP v1 within 60–90 days.
  • Reach profitable acquisition with payback of 90 days or less and LTV/CAC of at least 3 at scale.
  • Build 2–3 repeatable growth loops across affiliates, SEO/content, referrals, and CRM.
  • Set up transparent analytics and weekly reporting using MMP and product analytics.
  • Own Web-to-App funnel architecture, including landing pages, quizzes, deep links, paywalls, and pricing.
  • Lead performance marketing and ASO across Meta, Google, ASA, and TikTok, and manage affiliate partnerships using CPS/CPA.
  • Own the product roadmap and experimentation across onboarding, retention, and monetization.
  • Hire and lead UA, product, design, content, and engineering teams.
  • Manage compliance and payments, including store policies, GDPR, Apple/Google IAP, and Stripe for web.
  • Prepare weekly dashboards and decision memos and own unit economics.
