Requirements
- Have built a generative AI production pipeline that other artists actively use in production.
- Have trained models such as LoRAs on specific characters and styles, and be able to explain dataset, captioning, and training choices.
- Have deep hands-on ComfyUI experience, including building, debugging, and versioning node graphs, custom nodes, and reusable workflows.
- Have strong working knowledge of Stable Diffusion, Flux, ControlNets, LoRAs, IP-Adapters, upscaling, and inpainting.
- Have production experience with closed-weight video tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, and Seedance.
- Be comfortable with Python scripting and a repo-based workflow using branches, pull requests, and review.
- Be able to provide a portfolio, showreel, or pipeline walkthrough demonstrating your work and how other artists used it.
- Have a technical-art background combining visual judgment with pipeline thinking.
- Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity is a plus.
- Experience with video consistency, including character, motion, or temporal coherence, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build, own, and maintain the AI image and video pipeline used across LFI reconstructions, 2D image work, and video output.
- Solve consistency issues across shots and modules using trained LoRAs, ControlNets, IP-Adapters, and reference workflows.
- Train and maintain models on the studio's characters, worlds, and styles.
- Turn research into documented, production-ready ComfyUI or closed-weight workflows, presets, and tools.
- Benchmark open-weight and closed-weight tools for quality, control, speed, and cost.
- Connect the AI pipeline with Unreal Engine 5 workflows where useful.
- Onboard artists, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and improve tools based on how artists use them.
- Review AI output for visual quality and accuracy, including safety-critical details.
