Requirements
- Bring strong UI design skills and a solid UX foundation, including system building, flows, and structure.
- Understand AI workflows and how they can support design and agency work.
- Have foundational UX writing skills for microcopy and calls to action.
- Have expert-level Figma skills.
- Be familiar with Webflow or Framer, or understand how designs are built and animated.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and explain the reasoning behind design decisions.
- Provide a strong portfolio showing visual taste and awareness of current web design.
- Have a meticulous eye for alignment, visual consistency, and polish.
- Have experience designing marketing and branded websites.
- Show initiative in moving projects forward and identifying next steps when blocked.
- Be open to constructive feedback, take ownership of work, and focus on solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design manager and team to develop wireframes and gather visual references that reflect client goals.
- Turn wireframes into high-fidelity designs, considering the site's story, key message, and conversion moments.
- Transform pages visually while following brand guidelines.
- Design conversion-focused B2B landing pages and story-driven pages with motion and complex or 3D graphics.
- Coordinate with visual and motion designers to bring pages to life.
- Choose visuals and interactions that support the site's story, messaging, and goals.
- Use AI workflows to support work speed and expand capabilities.
- Coordinate with the team to analyze site performance and conversion rates and improve landing pages.
