Requirements
- Several years of commercial experience with Java and Spring.
- Experience designing software architecture and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases; Oracle is preferred.
- Knowledge of Angular or similar frontend technologies.
- Ability to quickly understand complex existing systems.
- Experience in a technical leadership role or as a senior technical specialist.
- Ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical development within a software engineering team.
- Design and review application architecture and technical solutions.
- Develop hands-on in Java and Spring.
- Work with enterprise systems, databases and integrations.
- Support developers with technical decisions and troubleshooting.
- Cooperate with analysts, business stakeholders and other technical teams.
- Identify technical risks and help resolve escalations.
- Take part in code reviews and maintain engineering standards.
