Requirements
- Have at least 8 years of commercial software development experience, including enterprise projects.
- Have at least 4 years of experience with React and TypeScript.
- Know Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Have experience with microservices and REST API design.
- Know TDD/BDD and automated testing.
- Have experience with JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, or equivalent testing tools.
- Have practical experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Cloud Foundry.
- Have experience working with cloud environments.
- Have English proficiency at minimum B2.
- Kotlin experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through architecture, implementation, testing, DevOps, and production readiness.
- Make architectural decisions for services, APIs, frontend components, and cloud solutions.
- Identify opportunities to modernize systems and reduce technical debt.
- Improve platform reliability, performance, and observability.
- Support the team through mentoring, pair programming, code reviews, and design reviews.
- Use AI tools to support software development, testing, documentation, and refactoring.
