Have at least 5–7 years of experience in process automation or IT, including real-world AI implementations.
Be highly proficient with Make (Integromat) or n8n for building complex scenarios, handling errors, and using webhooks.
Have practical experience with LLMs and APIs, including OpenAI and Anthropic.
Know how to use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Have experience with HubSpot API, including Custom Objects and Workflows.
Have experience working with ClickUp.
Be able to work with JSON and database structures.
Have basic Python skills for custom scripts when no-code tools are insufficient.
Understand the B2B sales cycle, including PO, warehouse, and invoicing stages.
Additional advantages include e-commerce, fashion, or B2B wholesale experience; scraping and data-enrichment tools such as Apify, Clay, or PhantomBuster; and creating basic data dashboards.

Develop an AI agent that analyzes incoming customer emails, identifies intent, and drafts replies with relevant offers for sales specialists to review.
Automate prospect research, contact-data enrichment, personalized outbound communication, cold-email sequences, and follow-ups.
Maintain seller control over final outbound communication.
Expand, optimize, and scale the company’s low-code/no-code AI offer-matching tool.
Integrate HubSpot, ClickUp, data-enrichment tools, and cold-email platforms so data and processes flow automatically.
Support sales and day-to-day business processes through AI and automation solutions.
