Requirements
- Practical experience building automations with Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Workato.
- Experience integrating systems through REST API, HTTP, MCP, or SDK.
- Ability to test and diagnose API services using tools such as Postman.
- Experience writing Python scripts for automation and integrations.
- Strong analytical and process skills, including analyzing and mapping business processes before automation.
- Experience automating HR processes and processes supporting the legal area.
- Knowledge of Agile methods, particularly Scrum.
- Experience with JIRA and wiki-type solutions.
- English proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain business process automations using Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Workato.
- Analyze and map business processes with process owners before implementing automation.
- Integrate enterprise systems, including Workday, SmartRecruiters, DocuSign, and JIRA.
- Develop solutions using APIs, MCP, and SDKs to exchange data and connect systems.
- Create and maintain Python scripts for process automation, data transformation, and integrations.
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues in production environments.
- Document processes, solution architecture, and use cases using tools such as draw.io, Mural, and wikis.
- Identify and implement AI solutions where they add business value and optimize operational processes.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
