Requirements
- Strong hands-on AWS experience in production environments.
- Deep Kubernetes/EKS knowledge.
- Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure as Code expertise.
- Experience with CI/CD and GitOps, such as Argo CD or similar.
- Strong understanding of networking, IAM, secrets, and cloud security.
- Production monitoring and observability experience.
- Experience designing or operating highly available distributed systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production incidents.
- Strong ownership and ability to work directly with senior engineers and architects.
- Good English.
Responsibilities
- Shape AWS platform architecture and production readiness.
- Own Kubernetes/EKS environments and the workload platform.
- Build infrastructure using Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code.
- Develop CI/CD and GitOps-based deployment workflows.
- Maintain development, test, and production environment and account separation.
- Make scaling, capacity, resilience, and cost-aware infrastructure decisions.
- Establish observability, alerting, and incident-readiness.
- Set up secrets, IAM, access control, and platform security guardrails.
- Enable developer self-service and platform automation.
- Define disaster recovery, backup, and operational continuity patterns.
