Requirements
- Have shipped and scaled high-performance data systems in production.
- Bring deep expertise in SQL and Python.
- Have hands-on experience with dbt, ClickHouse, and Postgres.
- Understand streaming data architectures and be comfortable operating at scale.
- Have experience across the data stack, including ingestion, transformation, storage, modeling, and serving.
- Build with AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and MCPs.
- Write clearly for a remote, asynchronous team.
- Bonus: experience leading or managing projects in a smaller team.
- Bonus: fluency in onchain data structures, Web3 technologies, and crypto markets.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale data pipelines and infrastructure in ClickHouse, Postgres, Python, and dbt.
- Run pipelines processing streaming and batch data for more than 500 million labeled addresses.
- Partner with crypto researchers, software engineers, and product teams to shape data modeling, presentation, and productization.
- Own data quality, reliability, and observability end-to-end.
- Mentor data engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
- Use AI tools and agents to accelerate work and reduce busywork.
