SalaryThe base pay for this role is: $122,220 - $152,775 per year. You are also eligible for annual performance bonuses.

- Experience
- 3+ years experience in primary care, urgent care, ER or outpatient family medicine practice; 2+ years of telehealth experience
Requirements
- Be a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program.
- Hold board certification: ANCC for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistant-Certified for Physician Assistants.
- Hold current full practice licensure in at least three of Florida, Texas, Ohio, New Jersey, or Georgia when submitting the application.
- Be able to obtain licensure in additional states with assistance from the licensing vendor.
- Have 3+ years of experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency room, or outpatient family medicine practice.
- Have 2+ years of telehealth experience.
- Work a full-time, five-day schedule of eight-hour shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Rotate to work one weekend every four weeks.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical care virtually by phone and message.
- Provide patient care in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices, and policies.
- Focus on efficiency and quality of care delivery.
- Ensure patient access to virtual urgent care services.
- Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines, including primary care and health assessments.
