Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree or above.
- A major in Math, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Teaching experience is highly preferred.
- A valid teaching certificate is highly preferred.
- Be available and willing to work weekday evenings and weekends in US time zones.
- Teach in English.
- Bilingual ability in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one online math lessons to students in Grades 1–4 across North America, aligned with the CCSS framework.
- Teach using interactive, student-centered methods to promote engagement and strengthen understanding of core concepts.
- Address students’ questions in real time.
- Prepare lesson content based on individual student needs.
- Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance to support student understanding and continuous improvement.
- Adapt communication style to keep lower elementary students engaged and motivated.
