Have 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, technology consulting, or a highly strategic client-facing delivery role.
Hold a BSc/MSc in Business, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
Have the technical intuition to comprehend code prototypes, including reading Python, understanding API structures, and grasping technical logic; production coding is not required.
Be able to build commercial business cases, delivery roadmaps, and project pipelines that lead to long-term customer engagements.
Be able to run workshops, manage stakeholder interviews, and engage effectively with C-suite leaders and developers.
Have experience delivering solutions in financial services, insurance, fintech, or similarly regulated environments, with a strong quality and compliance mindset.
Hold one or more of these Microsoft professional AI certifications: AB-100 Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect, AB-730 AI Business Professional, AB-731 AI Transformation Leader, or AB-900 Microsoft 365 Certified: Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals.

Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with client business stakeholders, translating operational bottlenecks into structured briefs for rapid prototyping.
Use hands-on AI-augmented experience to support the build of initial solutions.
Build business cases and ROI models for AI investments to secure executive buy-in and funding.
Develop and manage a future delivery plan with a prioritized pipeline of AI use cases.
Own initial AI engagements from scoping and prioritization through delivery of a functional proof of concept.
Collaborate with Frontier Solutions Engineers to assess client data assets and LLM service capabilities, qualify feasibility, and shape solution approaches.
Present working prototypes to non-technical executives and transition successful prototypes to engineering teams for production scale-out.
Drive adoption of AI technologies and development and operations practices in client environments.
Champion responsible AI practices and align proposed solutions with governance, industry, and compliance requirements.
