Requirements
- Have 2+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing or recruiting; recruiting coordination alone does not qualify.
- Have 1+ years of experience using Google Suite tools such as Sheets and Docs.
- Be comfortable working against daily review targets and turnaround time expectations.
- Maintain attention to detail and accuracy while working at speed.
- Make informed decisions quickly without over-deliberating.
- Experience screening at scale in a high-volume recruiting, staffing, or sourcing environment is an added advantage.
- Experience hiring across a variety of industries and functional roles is an added advantage.
- Ability to identify process improvements and recommend workflows that increase speed and efficiency is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Review a high volume of resumes each day.
- Assess candidate qualifications and fit for project opportunities.
- Make clear, confident judgments aligned with client and project needs.
- Meet daily review targets and turnaround time expectations.
- Work with internal stakeholders while screening candidates accurately and efficiently.
