Requirements
- Have a minimum of 5 years of back-end development experience.
- Have very good knowledge of Java.
- Have practical experience designing distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Have experience with event-driven architecture.
- Have very good knowledge of REST and practical knowledge of RabbitMQ.
- Know AsyncAPI and Oracle databases.
- Know Git, Maven, Jenkins and OpenShift.
- Have experience building and developing CI/CD processes and knowledge of DevOps technologies.
- Know software deployment methodologies and have experience working in Agile.
- Know Jira.
- Have experience conducting code reviews and enforcing software quality standards.
- Have experience mentoring and serving as a technical lead.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Nice to have: knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and experience using AI tools effectively in the SDLC.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the CLP application supporting corporate credit processes.
- Design and develop solutions based on microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Build and develop integrations using REST services, AsyncAPI and asynchronous RabbitMQ communication.
- Contribute to the development of CI/CD processes.
- Define and enforce code quality, testing and code review standards.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
- Mentor less experienced developers and support the team as a technical leader.
- Collaborate with a mixed business-technical team using Agile.
