Requirements
- Have 3+ years of hands-on production experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Demonstrate proficiency in Azure AI Search and AI Services (Foundry).
- Have experience with n8n and LangSmith.
- Know WAFs, firewalls, and Private Links.
- Have experience working in secure enterprise environments with restricted access and governance controls.
- Have experience supporting production systems through ticket-driven operational processes.
- Be able to coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision and drive tasks to completion.
- Have English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Experience with Dataiku or similar data science platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with OpenWebUI is a plus.
- Experience supporting R&D initiatives, proofs of concept, and rapid prototyping environments is a plus.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support DevOps activities for Azure-based AI and GenAI solutions.
- Support and maintain Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments.
- Work with Azure DevOps pipelines, release processes, and deployment activities.
- Support and troubleshoot Azure AI Search and AI Services (Foundry).
- Support and maintain operational workflows involving n8n and LangSmith.
- Coordinate activities related to WAFs, firewalls, private networking, and secure connectivity.
- Monitor, investigate, and help resolve operational and deployment-related issues.
- Manage tickets, service requests, approvals, and dependencies across teams.
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, security, and platform teams to deliver changes and resolve issues.
- Drive DevOps activities through completion and follow up on open actions.
