Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience in communications.
- Have in-house leadership experience at a high-growth B2B technology company, or senior agency experience and a strong interest in moving in-house.
- Have built or led an analyst relations program for a complex enterprise platform.
- Bring established relationships with business, technology, and trade press, and a track record of placing stories.
- Have prepared C-level executives as spokespeople.
- Use Claude or an equivalent LLM as a core part of research, preparation, and work beyond copy editing.
- Bring exceptional writing skills.
- Bonus: experience on the analyst side, category creation at an infrastructure, logistics, or autonomy company, or a public writing presence.
Responsibilities
- Own Nash’s corporate narrative across press, analysts, customers, partners, and the internal team, working alongside Product Marketing on product positioning.
- Build the media program across business, technology, and trade press, including supply chain, retail, grocery, and autonomous delivery.
- Build analyst relations so autonomic logistics becomes a category analysts can describe accurately, with Nash as the reference point.
- Prepare the CEO and senior leaders as spokespeople with recognizable voices and clear points of view.
- Own internal communications so the team hears important news from the company first.
- Turn customer wins into public proof and ensure figures can withstand reporter scrutiny.
- Own issues and crisis management, speaking, awards, and agency relationships.
