Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- Have experience in psychiatry.
- Hold a four-year university degree or nursing degree.
- Reside in the Central United States.
- Be willing to travel regionally.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Have proficiency with CTMS and EDC systems.
- Have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
- Have superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Be able to work with little or no supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage research activities at sites participating in clinical research projects.
- Identify potential sites for clinical research.
- Support study start-up by collecting regulatory documents and supporting contract and budget negotiations with sites.
- Train sites to collect data properly and report potential safety-related events.
- Manage site activities during study maintenance and close out site research activities when studies conclude.
- Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
- Ensure compliance with informed consent, safety-event reporting, and applicable regulatory requirements.
