Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- 4-year university degree OR Nursing Degree.
- Experience in Psychiatry required.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
- Must reside in the Midwestern United States.
- Willingness to travel regionally required.
Responsibilities
- Manage research activities at clinical sites participating in research projects.
- Identify potential sites and perform study start-up activities including regulatory document collection and contract/budget negotiation.
- Train sites on data collection and reporting potential safety-related events.
- Manage site activities throughout study maintenance and conduct close-down procedures.
- Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
- Ensure site compliance with informed consent and regulatory requirements.
