Requirements
- Have 1–3 years of professional experience in Python back-end development.
- Have a strong understanding of RESTful API development and related best practices.
- Have experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks.
- Be proficient with Git and software development best practices.
- Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI is preferred.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and task queues such as Celery is a plus.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Pytest is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture is a plus.
- Bring a proactive problem-solving approach, ownership, and commitment to continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable back-end services and RESTful APIs using Python.
- Build and evolve applications using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps professionals, and other technical teams on system integration.
- Optimize applications for performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications and services.
- Identify technical improvements and contribute to development best practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and back-end engineering practices.
- Contribute to improving systems and development processes.
