Requirements
- Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BW and HANA development.
- Have SAP BW development experience with InfoObjects, DataSources, DSOs, Transformations, Process Chains, and Queries.
- Have SAP HANA native modeling experience with Calculation Views, Procedures, CDS Views, and SQLScript.
- Have experience designing ETL processes and data pipelines in SAP BW or HANA environments.
- Have expertise integrating SAP ECC and S/4HANA with third-party tools.
- Have database optimization and performance-tuning skills.
- Be familiar with Web IDE for SAP HANA and SAP BW/4HANA.
- Have experience with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ADO.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have ABAP programming knowledge for BW activities, including extractor development and code optimization.
- Have experience optimizing large-scale datasets and workflows.
- Have experience collaborating in Agile environments.
- Manufacturing or engineering domain experience, such as quality assurance or supply chain analytics, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize SAP BW solutions, including InfoObjects, DSOs, Transformations, Process Chains, and Queries.
- Create SAP HANA native models, including Calculation Views, CDS Views, Stored Procedures, and SQLScript.
- Build scalable data architectures and workflows for analytics and operational reporting.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes connecting SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and non-SAP systems.
- Collaborate with frontend teams to enable dashboards and real-time reporting in SAP Analytics Cloud and tools such as Spotfire.
- Monitor data flows, maintain data quality, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Optimize performance and scalability for large datasets and complex workflows.
- Partner with engineers, business analysts, and solution architects to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in Agile (SAFe) sprints, planning, and retrospectives.
