Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience designing and implementing Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
- Be comfortable working in Microsoft Azure.
- Have experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, or similar data platforms.
- Have experience building solutions for OCR, information extraction, and document processing.
- Be proficient in Python and SQL.
- Understand the creation, training, deployment, and monitoring of ML models in production environments.
- Be able to work with business stakeholders to identify and deliver valuable AI use cases.
- Communicate fluently in Polish.
- Have English proficiency at intermediate level, minimum B2+.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI and Machine Learning solutions for the client's business needs.
- Build systems for intelligent document processing, OCR, and data extraction.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders on end-to-end data and AI solutions.
- Develop and deploy ML models in Azure.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing business processes and systems.
- Contribute to modernizing the Azure- and Databricks-based data platform.
- Maintain the quality, scalability, and security of developed solutions.
- Participate in defining the direction of AI initiatives for a global organization.
