Requirements
- No prior recruiting experience is required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Bring strong verbal and written communication skills and a persuasive personality.
- Be comfortable using basic recruiting software (ATS), social media platforms, and phone systems.
- Have strong organizational skills and the discipline to manage a remote work structure independently.
- Prior experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or commercial trucking and transportation is preferred.
- Experience in CDL driving, dispatching, or freight management is a plus.
- Work as a 1099 independent contractor.
Responsibilities
- Source, contact, and screen prospective commercial truck drivers for open carrier positions.
- Guide driver candidates through the application, background check, and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CDL driver leads using phone, email, text, and social media.
- Communicate carrier requirements, compensation packages, and lane specifications clearly to candidates.
