Requirements
- No prior recruiting experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Persuasive personality.
- Tech savvy: comfortable using recruiting software (ATS), social media, and phone systems.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a remote work structure independently.
- Prior experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or commercial trucking/transportation industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Source, contact, and screen prospective commercial truck drivers for open carrier positions.
- Guide driver candidates through the application, background check, and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CDL driver leads using phone, email, text, and social media.
- Communicate carrier requirements, compensation packages, and lane specifications clearly to candidates.
