Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3 years in a recruiter role, preferably in healthcare.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of mental health recruitment experience.
- Have experience accurately maintaining applicant tracking systems.
- Have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases, and advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be organized and detail-oriented, with strong documentation and data-entry accuracy.
- Be proactive, resourceful, and able to follow up with a sense of urgency.
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in candidate discussions.
- Work collaboratively and contribute to the broader recruitment team strategy.
Responsibilities
- Recruit mental health therapists into the practice.
- Articulate the company’s brand, mission, and values to candidates.
- Manage recruiting and support onboarding processes.
- Explain onboarding tasks and their purpose to clinicians.
- Develop and execute recruiting programs and sourcing strategies to fill openings and build a pipeline of therapist candidates.
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards, the internal applicant tracking system, the internet, social media, target companies, and networking groups.
- Coordinate and execute candidate marketing campaigns, including email blasts and other online media.
- Update tracking tools and systems and complete special projects as assigned.
- Attend at least two therapist conferences as an exhibitor per calendar year.
